Graduate Program Coordinator II Position

The LBJ School of Public Affairs is hiring an Admissions Coordinator and we invite UT staff with graduate level admissions experience to apply for the position.

This position was recently reclassified as a Graduate Program Coordinator II position (it was previously advertised at the Administrative Associate level).  The new hire will work in the LBJ School’s Office of Student and Alumni Programs (OSAP) with two GPC’s (myself and Steve Alvarez), LBJ Alumni Affairs Coordinator, LBJ Career Services Coordinator and LBJ’s OSAP Director, Megan Murphy. The LBJ School offers two Masters programs (including several dual degree options) and a PhD program; we enroll roughly 350 students in our programs each academic year.
